Shout out to Kim for being an amazing property manager. Anytime I have ever had issues, it was taken care of in no time. I also had a divorce this year and became a single parent. At one time I was nearly 2 months behind on rent. She worked with me and gave me the benefit of the doubt until I was able to catch it back up. By far the best agency I have ever dealt with and most definitely one of the most understanding landlords that I know.

I would give them 0 stars if that was available. I talked to the lady while she was out of town about circumstances and she said everything was good to wait for her to get back into town a week later then when I sent her all info she asked for she said she didn't get it. So I emailed it and again she said she didn't get it . So I drove back to Springfield for the 3rd day in a row to drop it off in her business box that's she's never available at and it took her 3 more days to respond. So needless to say I went somewhere else that made made me a priority. Very very disappointed

My husband & I have rented from integrity for 10+ years. Kim always returns our phone calls as soon as she can. Usually by the next business day. She has always made sure our maintenance needs are taken care of, & then some. Have had a wonderful experience renting from her through the years!

I absolutely love Kim she is one of the best landlords I have had. She will never know how much she is appreciated. When I call with problems she has them fixed in a timely manner. Wouldn't want to rent from anyone else in Springfield! Thanks Kim for being awesome.

Kim has been nothing but professional and wonderful to rent from. I have been renting from Integrity for a little over 3 years and have zero complaints (which in my honest opinion is pretty rare). Any questions or problems/issues that have come about have always been taken care of promptly! I highly recommend Kim and this company!
