My girlfriend and I are in the process of purchasing our first home together. The process can be extremely stressful and and we wanted to make sure we had someone who had our best interest at heart. Nick went above and beyond any expectations we had. When we got to our inspection Nick was already there going to work. He took his time with each area of the house, called us over to go over any areas of concern he had and answered all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest and made us feel confident that we could trust him. The report we received was provided to us quickly and contained pictures with very detailed explanations. Integrity Home Inspections is the best of the best! Nick is attentive, thorough, knowledgable and takes his time! He not only inspected the home from top to bottom, inside and out he also made it a point to note how each of our utilities functioned, the size of the filter, the shut offs, the features we had and what we didn’t but should consider. We knew everything that we needed to know when going into a house you are not familiar with! We used Integrity for TWO home inspections while we were shopping the market and both inspections were excellent.
