We moved into our Curtis home in December of 2014 after putting a deposit down in August with Lisa Riggleman and making our selections with Lisa and Cliff Caouette. There were a few items we wanted to change and the team was always ready and willing to work with us to get us the features we wanted. Tommy Williams is the builder and his brother, Dave, was our local contact for any questions and issues we had throughout the build and inspection process. Dave was always incredibly helpful and responsive, getting things communicated and done with the contractors as soon as possible. Curtis partners with 1st Mariner bank for financials and Vintage Security for home security systems. Great guys!! Tommy built our %100 customized house 2.5 years ago at The Wood at Myrtle Point neighborhood and we are very happy with the company. Top notch quality, top notch customer service. Lisa Riggleman from the sales office has always been great and very helpful. What makes them different than the other local builders (like Stanley Martin at Wildewood area) is Curtis allows you to create a house you truly love. You pickup a plan and change the walls, ceiling heights window types, number of windows, shutter color, shutter quality, shutter material, cabinets ...you name it. If you like, you can buy one of their spec houses.....Recommend them without any hesitation...

Absolutely in love with our new house. Everyone was wonderful to deal with- Viktoria and Valerie are amazing, even the builder, Owen, was great. The neighborhood is a great place, and our neighbors are super nice. We even have a mini playground in our backyard! With three kids- this is perfect. There are sidewalks and trails we can easily get to the other playground, and our kids are able to ride their bikes. Even though it is a brand new house, they have a 30 day process where if anything needs to be fixed they will come by and fix it! We love our high ceilings, granite counter tops, high cabinets, and even our master tub. They definitely go above and beyond to make these houses beautiful. I would highly recommend this neighborhood especially if you like new things.

Wonderful builder! Tommy was (and still is!) very easy to work with. He does a lot to ensure that the homeowners are always in the loop and quickly addresses the needs and concerns of the homeowners.
