I am giving a 5 Star Review to Integrity First Title in the Winter Haven Branch for my most recent closing. For those of you that may not know it, the Winter Haven office has a New Manager, Chrissy Morgan. She closed my last transaction on 5/16. Everything went very smooth on the title side. Paperwork was perfect. It was a remote closing for my customer. I received email updates promptly. I also received phone updates from Chrissy with one of them being after hours. I would personally like to thank Brandy and Stacy for all the hard work you put in to get this transaction to close. This was a difficult file all the way down to the closing. You ran into MANY obstacles along the way but you always stayed on top of them. Having to deal with a lender that is in a time zone 3 hrs. behind us was not an easy task. And getting communication from the lender was VERY difficult as they didn't respond to calls or emails in a timely fashion. We went through one canceled contract that they took care of and then our final sale that went very smoothly. My transaction coordinator and I have been using Integrity First Title in Winter Haven for about 2yrs now. We close quite a few deals with them and they do an excellent job!
