Great new apartments in Kissimmee! Catherine in the leasing office is incredibly helpful and very patient! New location, easily walkable to shops and quiet!

Integra Sunrise Apartments are very well kept. The ladies at the leasing office, namely Catherine, Monica and Anna are delightful, professional and care about the concerns of the tenants. Whenever I had an issue, they were very eager to resolve it right away, especially Catherine. The maintenance team is fabulous. They respond and fix whatever is needed. They are very professional. The landscape is well kept and is clean. I enjoy living here at Integra Sunrise, it's peaceful, neighbors are friendly. The policies set forth are adhered to. I recommend Integra Sunrise Parc living. It's worth it! I give it 5 stars 🌟.

Cristian Rosado is absolutely amazing. He is always very helpful, professional, and kind. Every time there’s a maintenance issue, he fixes it quickly and makes sure everything is done right. He’s respectful, attentive, and truly cares about helping residents. It’s such a relief knowing that maintenance is handled by so many reliable and hardworking professionals. Our neighborhood is lucky to have him!

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent work of Cristian Rosado on the maintenance team. In my experience, Cristian performs his work professionally, kindly, and helpfully. When a maintenance issue arises, he resolves it with impressive speed and ensures the job is done correctly the first time. I recently toured Integra while apartment hunting, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the office had a welcoming vibe. Monica, the community manager, was professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel like my questions and concerns actually mattered. Ana, the assistant manager, was just as helpful and clearly knows her stuff. I also had a great interaction with Elizabeth, one of the leasing agents. She was super friendly, took her time showing me around, and made sure I left with all the information I needed. All in all, Integra seems like a well-run, clean, and community-focused place.
