Integra Peaks Apartments

*Edit after 1½ years here. Place is great. Yeah, trash service does forget the trash often. They also won't take your boxes. Unless its like a flat small shoe box. Sometimes they still wont. The gates have never worked. The gate situation is a joke. Its not really a "Gated" place. There isn't a gate around the complex. Anyone can come and go. Parking can be a nightmare after 5pm. The hallways are really dirty. They have only been cleaned 1 time since ive been here. This is by far the BEST place my family and I have lived. 1st I must say the staff, Brooke and Mariam are amazing. They always have a smile and positive attitude. Always say hi when walking past. Great people. Even the maintenance guys are super friendly. The move-in process was extremely east, and Brooke went over everything

Adi was so helpful our first day to Integra Peaks. I was waiting for our furniture and I noticed white specks of something on the floor where the furniture was going. I had nothing to sweep it up with. I asked Adi in the hall, if I could borrow a broom to clean before the movers arrived. He said, he would sweep it for me! He swept the entire floor. He was so nice! Thank you Adi!

I will tell you how it is. Things I see only a few have mentioned. Ive read nearly all the reviews! First of all. This place is very expensive. Yeah, gym, coffee machine, pool table, pool, hot tub & outdoor BBQ with gazebo. The Walls are pretty thin. I can hear my neighbors TV's, the paint they use inside seems like it came from the dollar store. You try to wipe the wall. The paint literally comes right off. Its definitely NOT a "Gated Complex". INOVA is a gated Complex! Why do all the employees park right in the front? Parking is already bad. Its horrible. Then there's 4 or 5 employees vehicles where residents park. Park on the far end by the electric charging system where us residents can't park! Along with taking up a space in the day to park the golf cart. Its a bit ridiculous. They

Merissa, Diana and the rest of the staff is just incredible. Always willing to help and make the apartment hunt experience fun and easy. Thank you ladies!

Integra Peaks is a great community. Facilities are kept clean and it’s usually very quiet and safe. Great gym, BBQ area and pool
