Is a amazing place. Management (Carla) is always there. It doesn’t matter what she will find solutions. That’s something that NO all the complex around have. 5 ⭐️ for Maintenance is not enough. That team is PERFECT. They have a talent and compromise that I never seen before. I don’t know how they do it but when a request got submitted they never take more than 20-25 min to shows up. I had an issue with the A/C a weekend day at night (11pm)and maintenance showed up in a record time. Integrity Myst is exactly that INTEGRITY! Some people complain about the price, but you pay for what you want to receive. Apartments are beautiful and everything is new. Also when something needs to be repair they do not patch it up or are cheap about it, they fix with new stuff and make sure it’s fixed for go

I recently moved here and I am so happy I did so. It's a wonderful community with great amenities, and a welcoming staff. Fernando and the maintenance team are quick to respond to your maintenance needs. The grounds are beautifully maintained. I look forward to attending community events and I'm happy I have chosen to make Integra Myst my home.

The shining spot of this property is the maintenance team. Fernando and his team are awesome, prompt, and friendly. The floor plans and fixtures are nice. Gym equipment is minimal but gets the job done. Salt water pool is nice. Now onto the down side which is hefty… Dog poop everywhere, no one picks it up and thee is often poop on the sidewalks. You can hear every noise in between apartments and people are really inconsiderate. The complex is supposed to be smoke free but you can smell weed everywhere you go, and it was embarrassing because my youngest son would constantly say that it stunk outside. I knew what the smell was but I couldn’t tell him that our community is full of people who don’t respect the policies, are breaking the law, and don’t care about their fellow neighbors or their

Absolutely love this place. My wife and I have called this home for almost 4 months, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Maintenance requests are completed faster than any other place we have lived. The staff is the friendliest and always willing to resolve issues and help in any way they can. The amenities are always well maintained, and the property is kept beautiful. I have yet to encounter a disrespectful or excessively disruptive neighbor, and we are grateful for that. My favorite amenity: the indoor golf simulator. It's location in the community is slightly off the main egress, and within a few miles of shopping and dining.
