Poor LENNAR who hired yall. Wish I could give negative starts. Awful company/employees, whoever is suppose to get things done the right way the first time. Where to start. I'm on the same boat with some people that have given reviews. This company has taken overpayment and hasn't adjust. The trash and clean up crew they hire are awful. There has been multiple emails regarding unmoved cars at condo place and annoying high pitch sound. I dont know what else to do but let others know so this doesn't happen to you. Lucky Mazza the trash company did what Intregra couldn't after my review. Will try for another email if not, there will an update with pictures and videos. Wonder which owner wants to improve there company.

I have an issue with double payment. I have called the billing department and customer service many times in different days to talk to a person with no luck. Always, Leave a message and No one pick the phone. I have emailed them. No response. Off course, we changed them because that what they deserve.

The most useless and unhelpful organization. The manager could not be more unresponsive. Sometimes I question if he even perceives reality the same way and average human does. I am pretty sure he does not. Do not hire these people. And if you did, fire them immediately. They’re very good at billing but not so much at actually working off the payments with doing their job.
