Instrata at Legacy West

**EDITED REVIEW from 2 -> 4 stars: because the staff is lovely :) and overall I think the apartments at Instrata are amazing!!!!! My main tip is to make sure your upstairs neighbor is not overwhelmingly loud, since the walls are not the thickest, and it may be difficult to reduce the noise once you’re all moved into a unit since the front desk and office have so little jurisdiction over noise generated from everyday living activities. In the end, I am moving out since we couldn’t find an alternative space that worked for my needs, and the noise did not subside. However, I’d definitely consider Instrata again in the future! Living at the Instrata has been amazing. I moved to Texas without knowing anyone, and I immediately felt at home living here. The staff is wonderful, the apartment is so beautiful and I feel very safe. Living here has been a huge blessing to me the last three years and I will always remember my time here so fondly. I highly recommend living here!!

I AM TRULY GOING TO MISS THIS PLACE!!!! From the awesome staff to my beautiful space! The apartments are very spacious. The property was very maintained. From day one we were treated like family! The views from my apartment were amazing. Very localized to all of the restaurants, attractions and shopping! The maintenance and cleaning team was always very polite and welcoming. I never had to call on them. Concierge (Roman, Cedric, and Justin) was A1. Just ask and they aim to please. The office staff (Erika, Abigail and Joe went above and beyond to help in any way they could! A special thank you to Erika for everything! She rocks. Thank You all for a great living experience!

Andres greeted me with warm, positive energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions. Instrata is a beautiful, well-kept community, and I highly recommend this property and their amazing professional staff.

We moved here in January. We already loved the location. The apartments are surprisingly wonderful. They are very clean and quiet throughout the building. There are tons of hang out areas on every floor. The events are definitely worth while. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. The maintenance team is very thorough and get to the apartments fairly quickly. We are still enjoying living here and recommend it to everyone.
