Inspire Fremont Apartments

I would NOT recommend living here. The units have extremely poor ventilation, requiring you to keep your balcony door open to the constant high-traffic noise of Bridge Way N. It gets unbearably hot in the summer, you cannot sleep because of the heat and the noise. In the summer, it is cooler outside than it is inside your apartment. Furthermore, I vacated my unit on Dec 16, 2025, and my lease officially ended on Dec 21, 2025. By law (RCW 59.18.280), landlords in Seattle must return security deposits or provide an itemized statement within 30 days. It has now been well over that timeframe. Despite multiple emails and calls to management, I have received no response and no refund of my $600 deposit. I’ve had a very pleasant experience in the time I’ve lived here. Management is super responsive, very kind, and has gone above and beyond to accommodate my particular move-in needs. The building is clean and well maintained, and the units are beautifully designed. The only downside would be the traffic noise but I find with the balcony door closed it’s not a problem. Would definitely recommend!

I just moved here a month ago, and overall the place is pretty good. The location is great, the building is fairly new, and the rooftop view is great. Inside the unit itself comes with its quirks, but no show-stoppers per se...although I say this in Autumn while the heater works and therefore I am curious about the warmer months since there is no forced A/C. Property Management has been fantastic! Particularly Billy Banks, with whom I have interacted the most. Super kind, friendly, and helpful and goes out of his way to make things as easy as possible to understand for a new tenant! Billy gets a 5 rating, without question!! Additional staff has been very nice and helpful also.

I lived in this building for 1.5 years. The only positive is the location and natural light. As other have mentioned, the noise is absolutely unbearable with Bridgeway being right out your window. I have lived in busy areas before but this was unlike anything I had every experienced. Since there is no AC in the summer and the windows are custom, there is no way to have portable AC without hearing LOUD traffic all day and night long. Bridgeway is a truck route for large trucks coming from 99 to I5. I found myself hardly sleeping in the summer months. Additionally, while I lived there, there were multiple security issues. Packages and bikes being stolen as well as the front glass shattered multiple times. I would recommend living anywhere else.

The management team has always been extremely kind and responsive to all of my requests and questions throughout my 2 years here! I have loved Inspire and am really happy here. My unit is in great condition and the maintenance team always comes by whenever something needs fixing. Everyone is very friendly and I can tell that they truly care about the residents. Summers are hot so a portable AC unit or swamp cooler is helpful. The street noise is quiet with the window closed, but a noise machine helps if you are sensitive to noise.
