We had an incredible experience working with Liam at Shaddock Homes. He was everything you hope for when making such a big purchase—patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us feel confident every step of the decision process. He was always available to answer our many questions (even outside normal office hours), and if he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to find it quickly. His professionalism and dedication truly reflect the high-end, quality reputation Shaddock Homes is known for. We couldn’t recommend working with him enough. We closed on our home in October 2024, and are pleased to share that the overall experience with our builder was highly satisfactory. The construction process was exceptionally well-managed, with Liam and Chloe providing consistent communication, professionalism, and support throughout each phase of the build. Following our move-in, we began working with Matt, the warranty manager. Although there were initial challenges stemming from a miscommunication, these were promptly addressed. Unlike most of the other reviewers, I did not choose to build a home with Shaddock, but wanted to share the top notch experience with Liam (Sales Manager). I met with 6 different builders in the Wylie area, and he stood out as the most professional and responsive out of all the them. From the first call to set up the appointment to the final showing of inventory homes, he was patient, accommodating, and just a class act in general. He provided us white glove service and guidance leveraging his knowledge and experience. He was always transparent and diligent with our inquiries. We chose another builder because the lots available for Shaddock were not large enough to accommodate our needs, but if the experience with our builder does not meet our expectations, I'm sure we'll have the 'wh

I had a truly wonderful experience with my new build home from Shaddock Homes here in the Inspiration community in Wylie, TX. The entire process was seamless, and I can't thank Liam Wright, the outstanding sales manager, enough for his help throughout the home buying process. He was always there to answer my questions and guide me every step of the way. Chloe Witt, the construction manager, was also amazing to work with. She ensured that everything went smoothly during the construction phase and was always available to address any concerns or issues that arose. I also want to give a special shout out to Matthew Phillips, our warranty manager. During the one-year inspection, we had a few minor issues, but Matthew was incredibly responsive and dealt with them promptly and professionally.
