I can’t say enough great things about working with Jay and Terri and the Insignia team. We just completed a new modern 4000 sq foot build on 7 acres in Ada and the process was seamless. We were on a tight budget, and Jay and Dave met with us and the architect J Visser from the very beginning to keep us on target. We wanted to invest where it had impact, but cut back on things where we could. The entire team was creative, innovative and sensitive to achieving this goal. The project from design to completion took about 2.5 years, and Insignia completed the house right on schedule. The quality of the work has been amazing, and the attention to detail was terrific. Jay continued to suggest cost saving ideas, and a special shout out to Terri who went above and beyond in completing the project.

We truly can't say enough good things about the Insignia team. While we had been through a number of remodels we have never had a new build and all we had heard was how difficult it could be. On top of that we were doing it remotely. That said working with Jay, Dave K. and the entire team was truly a great experience. The project was done on time (hit the date exactly), on budget and with the best quality. Their ability to communicate (as I said we were doing the build remote) was awesome. They would explain (very patiently at times) the tiniest detail and it seems like whatever we came up against, or if we had a change, they would figure a way to make it work. All of the vendors we worked with that they pointed us too (we were not from the area) work and quality was great

We recently did a remodel of our main floor with Insignia homes and the results turned out better than I even imagined. The sales team was knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The onsite workers were kind, courteous, and respectful of our home throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the results make our 20 year old house feel like brand new. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!

We have just completed our second home with Insignia and we couldn't be happier! After building a home with them 10 years ago, we knew who to call again. We were not disappointed! Everyone on the project was highly skilled and trustworthy. The process was collaborative and well managed, resulting in a home that exceeded our expectations. We've worked with Insignia on 4 home complete renovations and 2 Physician Office build outs. I can say without a doubt that our homes and our offices would not have been as special had it not been for Insignia Homes. Their eye for the details is a true talent, gift and blessing. The creative process with all of our projects evolved throughout the projects as they noticed areas where we should have improved efficiencies all the while keeping us on budget. We are just wrapping up our new office that Insignia completed and it's not possible to be any happier with the outcome.
