Don't want you discussing repair cost with contractors. Don't respond to emails in timely manner. Ghetto staff that responds to emails 30 days later when you ask question about security deposit statement that most provide, feels not there job to tell me why the security deposit doesn't equal the amount they sent me. The most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced. The owner Eddie Hays is NEVER in the office and never responds to call. My family and I moved from another city when he told us we was approved for a home. The day we were supposed to move in (which was a Saturday)he wouldn’t respond. We already had our uhaul packed and moved to relocate to Columbia . Monday come I called no response so I went to the office and waited four hours for him to come. He then tells me him and his accounting Sharon wasn’t on the same page she rented the home to someone else!! He apologized and told me he had another property but he has repairs to do to it and he would start immediately because we was staying in a hotel with a uhaul full of our belongs . The whole week went by still no repairs to the home. I

As a rental property owner, I am very pleased with the professional relationship that I have with Insigma. The owners and their staff have always treated us fairly and are quite responsive when we have reached out to them (which isn't often). We bought the house in 2006 and we've been using Insigma since approx January 2007. Over 13 years together , and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. Not only have they been professional, but they have always been friendly and sincere. They have kept our property rented for all of these years and we couldn't be happier.
