Jamie was awesome to work with. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and he took the time to walk us through everything and make sure we understood what he was seeing. The inspection was very thorough, and we left feeling much more confident about the house. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Jamie is a phenomenal inspector and took his time to explain everything his eyes came across, as well as answer every question my wife and I had. We first used his service back in Sept for a house we had an offer accepted on. His thorough report opened our eyes to many, many things we had missed and ended up passing on what would have been a terrible idea. We Scheduled him again come October for another house we found and are comfortable with everything he pointed out and moving forward with the purchase of our first home. Jamie is AMAZING! My husband and I recently purchased a new home and worked with Jamie as our home inspector. We had spoken to a few potential inspectors, but when we talked to Jamie we knew he was the best of the best! From our very first call he was already so proactive, pulling up the listing and going room by room with me talking through what he saw in the photos and planning his in-person visit. This alone blew me away but then his on-scene visit and follow up was even more thorough!
