Innovo Living on Waters

I have been a resident almost 3 years here. I live in a 1 bedroom 9- something sqare ft. I absolutely love it here! Maintenence is the best! pet friendly, residence mind their business, you don't hear all that noise, loud music, fighting, etc. No roaches, I probably may have seen a total of 3 since I been here. They have extermination to come spray. Michelle the office manger is so sweet, she listens, she will help you if ever you need her assistance. All the ladies in the office are very professional and friendly. Follow the rules, they don't ask for much, you will be fine. Only one downfall sometimes finding parking can be a challenge, you may have to park farther down from where you live. I have no complaints. I definitely would refer Innova on the Waters, you won't be disappointed. It

The process to apply and get moved in was quick and smooth. The office staff are helpful and friendly. I've lived here for about a month. I really like the apartment complex. There's a lot of greenery and grass areas, perfect for walking my dog. It's quiet night and day, everyone seems really considerate. The pool is beautiful, the gym and clubhouse are also very nice.

I have been a tenant here for almost 6 years and have been very happy living here so I will be renewing my lease. I've been in the Rejuvenate floor plan (1 bed/1.5 bath) which is nice because it's a 2-story loft apartment with a half bathroom downstairs and full bathroom upstairs. My friends are always impressed with my place whenever they come over. The few maintenance issues I've had over the years have always been addressed right away. The pool and gym area is very nice, and the leasing office always looks clean and professional. The leasing manager, Michelle, has been great, professional, and communicative! Another great thing about this complex is that they don't overcharge on rent when renewing my lease, since it has only increased ~$30-50 each renewal for me. Overall I've been happy

I had lived in Innovo for 5 months, and I really enjoyed my time here. The lake view brings me peace, and the environment is safe. The office staff are very professional, friendly, and courteous. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient in addressing any issues . The amenities provided, such as gym and well maintained. Thanks for all you do for this community.
