Horrible customer service. At first our realtor seemed interested and gave decent customer service. The minute he met us and we sign the agreement the customer service and respect went downhill. Our realtor, Salvo has been nothing but disrespectful and did not have our best interest at hand. We were the sellers and he was more vested in the buyers and what was to their benefit as well as his pocket. I would stay away from this company. If you are looking for someone to be your advocate and work for you, then find another company. I know realtor estate transactions can be stressful all around but your realtor should not be added stress throughout your sale or buying process.
