Jarred was very knowledgeable with the market and when to lock things in. The software he uses behind the scenes is amazing to get you qualified. My process was very tight fit to get qualified and with Jarred’s experience and tools he had we were able to do everything needed to get approved. Whether it was the approval of the loan to the appraisal of the house, Jarred always had an answer. Everything was explained thoroughly as we went along with the loan. Ultimately everything worked out in the end and I can’t thank Jarred enough for the work he did.

Jarred was our loan officer multiple time for the refinancing on both are primary residence in Rochelle Park and our rental property in Kearny. Each time he explained to us the differences between getting a 15 year versus a 30 year mortgage. He always takes the time to explain using various tables and charts in a very detailed fashion. I never felt like Jarred was just trying to rush us off the phone, which shows excellent customer service. Both home loans we got through him had the best interest rates compared to the home loans of anybody else we know that has also refinanced. I will continue to recommend his services to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance a current home.
