Innovations built my Home in 2016. If you are counting on a response regarding on a 10 year Warranty issue, DON'T. I've been attempting by email, fax, calls and certified letter to get in touch with Innovation since August 2024 with NO response. They have also blocked my email address. Extremely disappointing Innovation is choosing to not even show me the courtesy of a phone call to discuss. I do NOT recommend this Company.

Beware of Innovation Builders: A Disappointing Experience with a $400K Home We closed on our home built by Innovation Builders in January 2022, located in the Highcroft Estates Community in Arlington, TX. Unfortunately, the past two years have been nothing short of frustrating due to a series of ongoing issues that highlight poor construction quality and questionable materials. Plumbing and Appliance Issues Early on, we experienced flooding in both the master and guest bathrooms due to plumbing problems. On top of that, our dishwasher, which was improperly mounted (something missed during the initial inspection), has caused significant flooding in our kitchen. We’ve only used the dishwasher a handful of times, yet it managed to damage the flooring, creating a stressful cleanup ordeal. S

My house was built by these people. It is still under warranty. We have roof sagging issue that is visible from outside, and from the multiple inspection that we did, there is in original construct error. This should have occurred because of the negligence in construction or the inexperience constructor. I have been trying to reach them for last three weeks with no response. In about 10 to 12 phone calls, they received only one and told me they would response the next day, but that was it. The roof was actually done by cornerstone according to the binder they provided. I might have to go through legal process. I recommend everyone to be really careful if you built your house with them. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

This company built my home, closing was 10/5/2013. Since that time there have been 4 flooding events in my master bathroom/shower into my master bedroom. Destroying walls, floors, carpets and furniture. There were 2 "quick fixes" done but that did not correct the problem at all. Then, around August 2015 they completely redid the shower, having to reinstall the shower pan and redo all of the tile as it was completely torn up when they lifted the tile and not installed correctly to begin with. Around January 23rd, 2020 we noticed water marks in the walls again and even worse the shower started to leak, under the tile, running out onto the bathroom floor...a lot of water every single time we turned on the shower. We had a house built by Innovation 6 years ago and from the get go have had multiple plumbing issues inside and outside our home specifically in the master bathroom adjoining our master bedroom. 4 floods due to incorrect installation of the shower water pan by their very own contractors. This time we have mold in the walls that had to be cut out, destroyed furniture and of course have to redo/gut the whole shower, adjoining wall and bedroom carpet (get new furniture) once again after their contractors did a lousy job. We did find out that everyone from the last 3 years has been let go due to ongoing issues such as these (thus admitting to poor work being done in their home builds). We are attempting to communicate with them and ask that we get the (4th) redo done through our insurance and
