Currently renting a apartment from them in glenolden and I'm pissed it's been nearly 3 days now that my toilet has not worked and no one has come to fix it u can get the matenince line on the phone but they can't tell u anything just over the last 2 days now almost 3 I've called messaged and emailed and this issue is ongoing 8 months ive been here and ive lost counf NOTHING has been done I. Am at the point where I am about to get lawyers involved

Nancy was very fast and efficient with helping me to look for an apartment in a short period of time. She answered every single question that I had very thoroughly. I would highly recommend McSherry Property Management to future renters for the affordable price and great services. Update: After renting from McSherry, I would still highly recommend this place. They were very responsive with my requests. I moved away due work re-location. If not, I would have stayed there still. Nancy was still my number one choice for any questions. I cleaned my place well after leaving and got my full deposit back. Overall, it was my pleasant to rent from this place.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for an apartment together for the longest time. When we came across the Mcsherry apartments and we quickly applied. We were able to complete paper work and move into the apartment in under a month!! Nancy Lewis the Account Manager for Leasing who assisted my girlfriend and I through the move in process was amazing!! She was very professional and informative about the property. Whenever we had questions she was quick to respond. We have lived in our new apartment for about two weeks, and we couldn't be happier. The area is very safe and quiet. The condition of the apartment when we moved in was amazing. We have brand new carpets put down. The apartment smelled clean and fresh. We are so excited. This is a great place to call Home. The entire staff alway greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. It quiet and peaceful. I feel safe and this beautiful neighborhood...Nancy Lewis took her time to make sure that I had a home I wanted and needed. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected and I could trust. Nancy was nice,polite,honest making sure she go over every detail without leaving anything out. She was the best. Thank you for one of the best place. I lived.

I have lived in a property for over 7 years that was managed by Mcsherry, I had the best experience with them. Maintenance was always up to par, Ms. Maureen always made sure that the maintenance team was on top of things and the guys were always professional and friendly. The property managers were very professional. Nancy has been super helpful with trying assist me with finding another apartment. I’d highly recommend McSherry Real Estate to rent from or have as property management.
