Already 3 times I've booked a room. The price is hard to beat relative to the location and suit quality. It's a lovely apartment in a lovely back bay style brownstone house, fully furnished with a kitchen. Sure, the bed could be in a better shape, and the floor could squeak less - but for the price this is a bargain. The place is clean, management is quick to resolve any issues that might arise during the stay, they are friendly, and accommodating.

This is a review for one of the Boston Inn & Reservation's short-term apartment "hotel rooms." They own several properties, so my review only applies to the "studio apartment." First, the pros: It was in a fantastic location and it was relatively safe. There was a code to get in the front door, which made me feel good about being here alone. And it was clean and it was always easy to reach the staff if I had trouble. (They didn't always come through, but they always answered the phone.) Staying near Newbury Street was fantastic and the noise outside was standard city-noise -- a bit loud but nothing unusual. Now, the cons: the website misrepresented how "updated" it was. Similar to Kacy (reviewer), I stayed in the studio near Newbury St. Pros: Great location - that part was exceptional. The price was right, too ($200/night compared to others that were $400+). Easy to find, get into, and the reservation process was a snap. The bathroom and towels were clean, though the tub drain didn't drain fast enough during my shower so I was standing in two inches of water the whole time. Cons: As Kacy said, the place is, unfortunately, outdated. The kitchen is cute, but tiny and there are bar stools to sit on (which, after 20 minutes, hurt my bum!). The sponge by the sink was old and gross. The fridge worked and was clean, which I appreciated.
