HUGE shout out to TONY! Makenzie, Brie, Garrett, as well as the entire office support, service team, and ESPECIALLY the awesome maintenance department. 2AM Friday morning I got woken up to a failed AC unit (it’s Florida, it happens.) I panicked, the weekend may delay my AC repair. I put in a ticket, texted the complex’s number, and literally cried because the sun hadn’t risen yet and it was already nearly 90 degrees in my apartment. Before 8AM a maintenance tech already arrived onsite and confirmed the malfunctioned AC, he arrived back within 15 minutes and installed new, robust high quality window units in every accessible window (3 total) and within 30 minutes my apartment was completely cooled down- all my concerns and needs were addressed and rectified before 9AM. I moved in last weekend and was really impressed by the customer service and quality of my unit I received after reading reviews. Brie and Cody (leasing office) went above and beyond to help make my move in process as smooth as possible, Miguel and Anthony (maintenance team) also went out of their way to introduce themselves and show me around my unit and double check everything was up to their high-standards. I am really looking forward to living here and will update my review as needed.

Living at Inlet Bay has been generally pleasant, with the exception of the increasingly frustrating and UNFAIR parking situation. While we understand the need for parking regulations, the current system—where residents are charged $30 for general parking and an additional $60 for a reserved spot—is simply not working and feels exploitative, especially when MORE than HALF of the available spots are reserved. This policy creates a significant burden on residents. Those who pay the $30 general parking fee often struggle to find available spaces, particularly in the evenings, due to the sheer volume of reserved spots. This often leads to long searches for parking, parking far from our building, and feeling unsafe walking late at night. Essentially, we are paying for a service that is NOT adequ

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and have absolutely no issues here. The maintenance team is so so so nice and on time! It’s very quiet here. The pools are nice. Very happy to be here.

I really enjoy living here. I love the location and the view, and I love my apartment itself. They’ve just refreshed all the landscaping and it looks really nice here now. The office staff are really kind and helpful, as is the maintenance team. They finally fixed the security gates, which makes me feel a lot safer. When we finally accepted that my AC was broken beyond repair, they replaced it very promptly. The only drawbacks I can think of are that the trash area is always overflowing — they should really open a second location on the other side. The fact that visitors have to pay to park is also crazy, as is the fact that we need to pay $30/month to park our own vehicles as well (as if there’s an alternative?) Lastly, requiring us to pay for their WiFi under the guise of a mandatory $70
