I see that I am not alone with my opinion about how horrible, neglectful, abusive and lack of caring about the residents of there property they so call manage. Slumloards are better managers than the jokers running this place. Here at Villager Resort mobile home park at 2320 Bee Ridge Rd Sarasota, FL 34239. We have to own our most 1960 mobile homes. This is a 55+community mostly retired people living on a fixed income. When I bought my mobile home here my lot rent was $750.00 per month now in March of 2026 it's going to be $929.69 because this year's property tax increase on property we residents are only renting. As long as we are paying their property taxes for them they are getting rich off of us. And there are dangerous open septic tank hole ,electric power poles damaged in hurricane

We lived at the Phoenix RV park that they own. The manager is absurd! If she doesn't like what you are saying, especially when you are calling her out, she just hangs up the phone. She ran my debit card without my permission. It took about 10 phone calls to get someone to call me back. His response - I will talk to her. That will show her, now won't it! He didn't care that I had to cancel my debit card because what she did was fraud. Said that she didn't have access to my card. Clearly she did because she was able to run it. My card was debited and supposedly refunded. But it has yet to go back on my card. Pretty sure that she didn't know how to poke the correct button on the computer screen. Negative Review for Inland Residential (Westlink at Oak Station) I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of consistency and transparency in how parking policies are enforced at Westlink at Oak Station. According to the on-site management, residents with attached garages are not eligible for an additional open parking space. However, I’ve personally observed multiple instances where other residents with attached garages have been granted additional open spots. This clear inconsistency suggests that the policy is not being applied equally to all residents. If there is an official policy in place, it should be enforced fairly and uniformly — not selectively. Extremely disappointing experience. The management company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and lacks basic accountability. Getting any sort of maintenance done takes forever, and communication is nearly impossible. When you do reach someone, they’re often dismissive or unhelpful. I would not recommend renting from or working with this company — they care more about collecting rent than actually taking care of their tenants or properties. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

I am a current resident of JTB apartment in Jacksonville, FL. The reason I am writing this is to communicate the poor and mediocre service provided by the management office of JTB more exactly Marsha Lowe. The premises of the apartments are poorly taken care of, there is dog feces everywhere, there is mold on the walls, holes in the dog park, burn out lights that haven't been changed in months, doors than dont close properly, the main driveway gates are broken and have been broken for months. I brought this issues up to management and Marsha Lowe refused to acknowledge them and she was more than happy to terminate the lease without listening to the complaints.
