Nice people. Even though they didn't have the hose fit silt filter I needed (it's an odd object) we tried to figure out another path, Unfortunately it was to no avail. They did allow my to drain, flush out and fill my 30G fresh water. That kindness is rare. Humble thanks, especially to the tall young lady who helped most of all.

Inland Empire Builders has been extremely helpful every time I shop there. The staff is welcoming and more than willing to assist with recommendations, product selection, and ordering. On several occasions my wife and I have undertaken a project that was new to us. Everyone at the store takes the time to make sure we know what our options are and offer suggestions for a perfect outcome. Their product knowledge is impressive to say the least. On occasion I have gone in to buy the expensive solution believing it was the best. The staff shares opinions and product facts that result in purchasing the best product for the job and not the most expensive. Every time I shop at this location I feel like I left a friend’s house and will not hesitate to return.

The best customer service of any hardware store I've ever been to. All their employees are helpful and friendly, but Troy is the absolute best. We like to DIY everything, and sometimes (who's kidding, almost always) we don't know what we're doing and he has known each time how to help us get the job done. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable; highly recommend.

I've been very disappointed everytime I've went in there lately. Nobody offers to help you. I looked for the right sandpaper forever and finally have up. Told the cashier that and she ok. Should have asked u guess
