Great 55+ independent living community. Maintenance is available. Trash is provided, the group will help take your trash to the curb if you need help. They have complimentary concierge service. The staff is very helpful and can be very flexible if you ask. Mailboxes are upfront by the office. Key required. The community room is nicely furnished and plenty of activities are hosted for the community residents. The group tries to make everyone feel like they belong. The residents are friendly. Great place to reside for a 55+ community. Close to shopping and gas stations.

A very nice and accommodating 55+ community! The Property Manager is wonderful, very pleasant and always sure any and all issues are handled in a timely manner. She is always looking for new events she can bring to the community. The grounds are kept very nice, a walking trail, close to 65 & Sunshine and if you are looking for occasional community activities you are in the right spot. The Director of Maintenance is also outstanding! He is extremely prompt in handling any maintenance issues you have as well as being proactive!

I love it at Ingram Mill Villa. It’s very safe believe. Nichole, the manager, is so friendly and fun, many of us ladies here love laughing with her. Nichole is very attentive and I appreciate her so much. I love Ingram Mill Villa and Nichole, Maintenance (Les) very responsive as well. I cannot say enough good about the villas and management. Thank you Nichole for all your work, and the fun!

My husband and I have been here for over six months and Ingram Mill Villas has exceeded our expectations! Nicole, our manager and Les, our maintenance man are extremely competent in what they do and how they do it! Both my husband and I have concluded this after both being involved in leadership positions, both locally and nationally. We have no hesitation in highly recommending this place.

I have lived at Ingram Mill Villas since 2017. I was one of the first ones to move in. I love living here and Nicole is the best manager. We have social events all the time at the clubhouse and the people that live here are now friends of mine. I would recommend moving to Ingram Mill Villas.
