Horrible title company. I called before submitting all of the necessary documents to see if they could handle creative financing and they said they did. One of their escrow officers left for a week and nothing got done, we were passed through 3 different people including the CEO who gave us his word that we would close on time. On the day we were supposed to close, I get a message that the certificate from the city hadn’t even been ordered yet so we had to push back closing 2 weeks after already extending 1 week. One week away from closing, I get an email stating they cannot even close the property because they can’t do creative contracts. We wasted a whole month with this company. STAY AWAY

I would not advise working with Infinity Title for your closing. As a first time new construction buyer in February, they failed to flag $582 in previous delinquent real estate taxes owed from my builder that re-occurred on my first property tax bill in July. After having to follow up multiple times over a few weeks, they finally stated they overnighted the delinquent real estate fees to the county. In October, I received an imminent foreclosure for delinquent property tax letter from my county. After confirming this morning with county, this delinquent real estate fee that was supposed to be overnighted in July wasn’t received by county until Sept 16th. I made the mistake of not getting this receipt in writing. During my closing the notary also seemed very rushed & short because they had
