I normally don’t write bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience living here. When I first moved in, things seemed fine. I was young and new to town and my studio apartment was beautiful. Large windows, lots of light, and close to downtown. Everything changed when I received a notice from their attorney saying they would begin window construction and that I needed to sign an agreement immediately or move out. I had questions, and although one staff member, Amy, tried to answer them, I ultimately felt pressured to sign because I had nowhere else to go. What followed can only be described as a nightmare. I was told to move all my belongings five feet from the windows so they could install plastic tarps that stretched across half my apartment. They offered a

Now that I’ve officially moved out, I want to share a detailed and honest review of my experience. Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst communities I’ve lived in within the Gulch. Overall, the management team was extremely unprofessional. I’ll start with the condition of the property and my unit. During nearly my entire residency, the property was under constant construction, which made several amenities inaccessible. There were also frequent, unannounced water shutoffs at least five times during my time there, all documented via email. The hallways consistently had a strong odor, and the carpeting was heavily stained throughout the building. The community is also used as a short-term rental or hotel-style property, meaning you never know who is on-site. There is no security t

SO beyond grateful that my first home in Nashville is here at Infinity Lofts. I have been welcomed with open arms by the most INCREDIBLE, kind, hard working staff. The community events are the cherry on top of it all. Messages are answered in a timely fashion, as well as maintenance requests. I love being a resident here and look forward to welcoming any new neighbors that might join us!

I went in to inquire about a vacancy at this property and Bryan and the team were very nice and professional. The lobby and unit that they showed me was well kept. You can tell the care about their tenants and are very interactive as I saw a listing of planned activities posted for the month. I am excited to take the next steps to move in to this great location in the Gulch!

I wish I could give this place a zero out of five stars, but one will do. Please save your time, money, and energy and do NOT rent here. I was a resident for 2 years and for almost the entirety of my lease the building was under construction. It got to the point where there was a TARP in my living room and construction workers had come and moved all my belongings out of the way without any care. The building was not secure. Someone was literally murdered and management said nothing - I had to find out from a friend. The carpet in the halls constantly smells like trash and mold, marijuana is wreaking throughout the building and into my unit, and doors were basically open for anyone to come into the building. Prior to moving out, I gave the office notice in writing more than 60 days ahead of
