I recently called the property to get some information, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Dominique. From the moment she answered the phone, her voice was so pleasant and welcoming. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and very informative. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely sounds like they enjoy helping people, but Dominique definitely does. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Based on that interaction alone, I have a great impression of both her and the property. Customer service like that truly makes a difference! I look forward to touring the property and meeting the staff and especially her!

Marina was awesome. Such a pleasurable and easy move in process. She had answers for every question that I had and even helped me with my packages that arrived early, so they wouldn’t be left outside. Highly recommend

I just visited the location and look to be well kept everything looks new and updated and very clean and nice scenery with the swimming pool and deck everything is in close proximities to the location you have ballast point Pier picnic Island and the Air Force Base and across the water St Petersburg and Clearwater Bch very very close to everything
