i rated with 5 stars because its a well earned rating. people all have there own opinion this is mine . the staff are always available via app or in office they are kind helpful and knowledgeable , whenever i’ve placed a work order the maintenance is there in a promptly manner to address the situation. As you know living in an apartment community there are the issues of cockroaches wherever you go. here at indigo i had an issue when i first moved in the staff and maintenance treated my apartment as well as all units in my building the matter was addressed as well as follow ups until they completely resolved the issue i was impressed and appreciated that they took my matter seriously and was resolved quickly i have enjoyed living here at Indigo Wintet park the grounds and our community are

I had a great experience with the maintenance worker, Sam. He fixed my cabinets, washer, and dryer, and also cleaned the mildew on the ceiling. Everything was done very quickly and with great care. Sam was professional, polite, and provided excellent service. I really appreciate how efficient and thorough he was. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give 5 stars, but I’d be lying to myself and everyone who would be reading this. The only individual whom I would give a higher rating to would be Mr. Donald from maintenance. Our recent issue was not having hot water, and since my wife and I actively reported it and he had doubts since we were allegedly the only ones who sent a report. However we came to an understanding that the entire building unit was without hot water, and Mr. Donald was attentive to the situation. Everything else needs improvement. Let me explain: - Constant roach issues (despite our living space being spotless). - Deteriorating/molded furniture (such as kitchen drawers, cabinets etc.); instead of replacing said furniture, maintenance management decides to use adhesive and super glue to “solve” the

It’s too hot to have the AC off. This place needs to upgrade their central heat and ac. To be paying 1500 a month and be in heat is ridiculous. Definitely the last months on the lease will be used to find better living conditions. Bugs crawl inside from have doors and windows open to cool down the place.

I want to sincerely thank Donald for answering my emergency call because he fixed an issue I’ve had since moving into this unit. My freezer would never freeze my food cause the fan in the freezer always stops. Donald came in and found the issue right away and fixed it. He truly deserves a 10 star for his professionalism , knowledge and politeness he presented while working in my home. Thank you Donald very much!!!
