Communication was extremely poor, they didn’t contact me for over a month after I moved out and returned the key. We were charged rent and fees for a month we no longer occupied the unit, and many maintenance issues, including bed bug infestations and broken fixtures, which their maintenance never addressed. Their handling of move-out and charges shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights under Kentucky law. Also, keep your food hidden, their has been multiple encounters of their maintenance eating my food when I was not in my apartment.

New tenant here! The manager has been extremely helpful. Single mom starting over and the waived fees were a blessing. The apartment is really spacious, enough room for us all. Plenty of closet space and super nice vinyl floors and new carpet!

I spent over a year at this apartment complex.They always steal your packages when delivered,I had to sent my packages to my friends apartments because management did nothing to curtail this act.What I appreciated most was Lily is so helpful, lovely,and incredible. She knew her tenants by names and always willing to assist. She was so amazing 👌👌👌

These apartments at terrible... roaches no mater how much you keep clean or spray... even when you bring it to there attention they dont seems on care and push it off. Stated that on 15 unites can be sprayed at a time but they have over a 115 units and they on due apartments select times of the month... witch so far ive been told is Mondays, so 4×15 that 60 theres still 55 units not accounted for monthly and they wonder why theres a problem... constantly mantience issues and with the poor communication i ended up doing mantience my self... they dont knock anything of your rent for inconveniences that they are suppose to stop and dont. These apartments are unprofessional and NOT worth $900+ a month, please take my warning! Im just waiting to leave at the end of my lease!

I’ve been living here for a few months now and the amount of roaches and ants I’ve seen so far is absolutely unacceptable. You would think the weekly pest spray would do its job but no. To charge residents for trash, pest control, an increased “utility billing fee” and building protection is unethical when the dumpster are constantly overfilled to the point piles of trash are on the sides of it. Roaches and ants are crawling out of cracked floors. Increasing the utility billing fee when we are already paying for water, sewer and gas not based on our actual usage. Last but not least building protection fee when packages are being stolen and no type of security in any of the buildings. This complex has become an unsuitable place to live.
