Indigo Apartments

When I tell you stay as far way from these apartments as you can I am not playing around these apartments are the worst!!. From the start I knew they were bad I lived here for 2 years the first day I moved in the AC went out and my baby was new born in the middle of the summer heat it was so bad we had to stay at my in-laws till it got fixed( they took their sweet time) super bad kept, trash gets so full they just let it sit for a while. mold and roach infested in the apartments, always smells like weed,super rude people working in the management they look for any way to charge you extra I had my dryer break for a whole 6 months and they didn’t want to discount me the monthly charge on my rent for a dryer I can not use 6 months!!!! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This apartment complex is a complete nightmare from top to bottom. Management is unresponsive, dismissive, and seems to actively avoid doing their jobs. Maintenance requests either go unanswered for weeks or get marked “completed” without anyone ever showing up. The property is poorly maintained despite the outrageous rent. Constant issues with plumbing, appliances, and basic utilities, yet management somehow always finds time to raise rent or send warning emails. The buildings look worn down, common areas are neglected, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lived there 2 years and the entirety of my first I was without AC and heat. Kept claiming things were on back order. No window ac unit provided and a single small tower heater offered for a 2 bedroom unit. Rent increased for the 2nd year but they only offered $600 for to inconvenience of the ac and heat. Nothing works right. Trash that you pay for valet doesn’t pick up but MAYBE once a week. Trash EVERYWHERE as well as dog poop. Office is open only when they feel like it. The pool was closed all summer but yet we still had to pay the amenity fee. Smells like weed everywhere and can hear your neighbors screaming at each other. The 400 building’s fire alarm system battery thing wasn’t working right and was going off all the time yet the office couldn’t care less to

July 4th 2025 the past two years here at Indigo have hit rock bottom!! Rent is over $1700/month which include this pool and the lack of trash pick up! Rats and pests plague the property! Gainesville city code enforcement will definitely be getting a call Monday!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Maintenance is non existent several issues from plumbing to mold. Hot water heater took weeks to be fixed. Mold we had to repair ourselves because we didn’t want it around our children. I lived there around 4 years. Management changed several times and were never for the better. Seemed to get worse, each time ownership or management changed. Trash and pest control you are forced to pay as an add on to your rent. They rarely picked up our trash maybe twice a month. Pest control was a joke in the time period I lived there I saw pest control twice, shocker it was only after we told them we wouldn’t be renewing our lease due to the issues stated above. Some may say go to the office and tell them, you couldn’t nobody was ever available/the office was closed.
