I’ve been a resident at Indie Fairview for two years, and I can confidently say the positive changes since Leo became the new property manager have been incredible. The difference in the community is night and day. Since Leo took over, the property is looking better than ever. There’s brand-new carpet in the hallways, the front landscaping looks amazing, the pool area has beautiful new furniture, and there’s even a new amenity being introduced for residents. The overall appearance and upkeep of the property have improved tremendously. I know there are some negative reviews out there, but in my opinion, they don’t reflect the full picture. I have a lot of experience renting apartments, and whenever I look for a new place, I always read reviews. Usually, people complain about the management, but trust me, you’ve never seen a manager as terrible as Leonel Santiago, and it’s impossible to live here peacefully without having to deal with him. Here’s what happened just in the two or three months since he became the manager: 1. The washer and dryer on the second and third floors were broken for three weeks straight. 2. The only elevator in the building broke down. 3. We had no hot water for three days - Leonel didn’t even bother to let anyone know when it would be fixed. He posted a note saying the water would be back at 8 am on Wednesday, but he put it up Wednesday evening when the water was still off. 4. Not a single month has

I recently toured the property with Leo, the Manager and had such a great experience. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming and professional. I didn’t have an appointment and could see that the office was busy, but he took his time with me and was very thorough, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out was how transparent and honest he was about the application process and what to expect as a resident. It’s apparent they he genuinely cares about the property and the people who live there. By the end of the tour, I truly felt like I would be in good hands living there as a resident. The tour felt personal and informative, not just like a routine showing. If you’re considering this community, I highly recommend scheduling a tour with Leo

I came here to leave a review about the completely unprofessional and rude behavior of the manager but the 11 glowing reviews about Leo in a row speak for themselves. Instead of addressing tenants’ issues, he decided to post a bunch of praise about himself. That tells you everything you need to know about this person

Do not recommend renting - management takes no responsibility what so ever, there were problems after problems with this company. Lived here for one year, we had more issues within this short time than we ever have in our lifetime with other rentals. To begin, the management is never reliable. They would post the fees due on the portal, we would process a payment then they would go back adding/“adjusting” then blame us for late payment. When we called to discuss our move out late fee that was billed to us, we were told by the new manager Leo, that we should have called to verify that they got the fees right.
