Indian Mound Apartments

If I could give it 0 stars I’d gladly do it. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. It’s infested with roaches, bed bugs and worst… management isn’t there, ever. It’s suppose to be open from a certain time to another like the “sign” outside says yet it’s not. We’ve reported so much ever since we moved in and it’s been a year. I have 2 toddlers and they enjoy playing outside, but the children here are very rude and the playground, the only playground here is trashed and uncared for. It’s as if management doesn’t care at all. Please look for a better place, I honestly thought I’d be able to call this place my home but every time I visit my mother I don’t want to leave her place, to have to come back over here. -000

The apartments and maintenance are mediocre, however the location is beautiful; lots of grassy area and trees and a water park behind the complex!!!

Hands down one of the best property managers I have ever met. Nikki listens to everything you need and always takes care of you. I have the privilege of being a vendor on this property and she is absolutely amazing. I also cannot speak highly enough about the maintenance guy there Jimmy. He takes care of his residents. They do an incredible job for the residents. I love this property and there staff and highly recommend this complex

This apartment complex is the worst one I've ever been in we've been there for near 7 years and over that 7 year duration of time we've gotten bed bugs roaches and water damage and most importantly there's so many rats and they don't do anything about it we've been to Court so many time to get this fixed and all they did was leave it and on top of all that we where living in Carbon monoxide and they got me low iron and plus they made my mom pay over 1,600 in rent every month while everyone else payed just 600. The property manager then told my mother that we didn't have to pay rent anymore then started sending eviction notices now we are homeless and it all there fault they do this to all most everyone so please don't go. They gave the stuff that was in that infested house to everyone else

I visit my son on a regular and I feel comfortable with my vehicle sitting out front he has had no complaints of any type of issues
