Indian Lakes Apartments

I loved living here! Decent priced rent costs for a roomy living space was perfect for starting my lil family🥹 the maintenance crew was always so quick to fix any problems we had, and the admin staff is so friendly and always happy to help as well! I loved living in Indian lakes and I would’ve stayed for longer but we just needed a lil more space for our growing family, but Indian Lakes apartments will always have a special place in my heart🙏❤️

We loved Indian lakes as our first apartment. My boyfriend and I moved in last year and we appreciate everything the staff did for us. The maintence crew is amazing and personable, they got to our requests quickly and efficiently. Like most places, water bugs were one of our biggest concerns throughout the year. But overall a great experience! Amelia is also amazing, she communicates well and makes sure she fully understands what you need!

How many times can these buildings catch fire before someone is held accountable?? What is going on?? Five fires in recent years CANNOT be a coincidence. And I remember the car fires too, those were nuts. Just charred husks of vehicles sitting on Hiawatha, for weeks. It seems obvious that an arsonist is lurking? Are there no cameras? We lived here for years, near the pond, and the cockroaches were extraordinary and formidable. Worse still, staff tried to call them "water bugs" as if I didn't grow up in the Caribbean with monster cockroaches who truly were not as big and hairy as the ones who crept near our headboard in the dead of the night on Tepee Court! Amelia was amazing to work with! I have been a resident at this community for a year now and I just switched to a new apartment in the complex. She made the entire process easy and non stressful! I love living in this community and the staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with! If you want a easy stress free experience with renting somewhere definitely go through Indian Lakes Apartments they are great!
