Apartment 154, Ebony. Went shopping for her for a delivery. Went to Little Ceasars for her pizza. Went to Dollar General for her 15+ items of candy and chips, bag of ice. The line was 30 people. Her funds on the pay card would not load after trying over and over. Had to pay thru my personal debit card. People were so in a hurry and rude. Called customer service three times. FOUND her apartment walking thru a parking lot of dead rats. This human, on Christmas Eve, did not leave a tip. Unbelievable.

About to start my 3rd year here and I love it! Ladies in the office are always nice and pleasant to work with. With any issue, I just call and it's handled or at least started in just a few hours. Maintenance is professional. Never had an issue with bugs of any kind in my apartment. Just remember this is an apartment and you should always be respectful of others.

Major roach infestation!!! We are super tidy and never had roaches in the past until we moved here. AC hardly worked and we were constantly hot. Stairway were always filthy and only cleaned once when I lived there.

One of the hidden gems in Wichita Falls, TX. Family friendly with friendly front office staff. Quiet environment and fast maintenance team. I am in my 3rd year, and I love my peace and quiet here. Get here as fast as you can and tell them Ishmael recommended Indian falls apartments.
