Have lived here about a year, it's been great and any time we had a maintence issue it has been taken care of promptly and without issue.

I stayed here for 6 years. Enough time to expect wear and tear on a unit. Carpets, touch up paint, etc. During my stay I placed several work orders to whereas I never received a work order copy for my records. It took 5 years to convince the property manager to replace the a/c which refused to cool. Most of my deposit disappear to carpets I cleaned and paint I admit needed to be touched up. But I made sure that any nail holes were filled. I busted my butt cleaning that place and because the property manager refused to do her job the 6 years that I lived there, I had to pay. Not to mention I paid a monthly charge for septic that we didn’t have. But I guess when you are in a pinch you do what you need to.

Pretty upset. We applied waited 24 hours got a call on 5/24/2019 said we were approved and so fiancé paid 1100 and then about 2 hours later was told they looked at wrong applications and we were denied and to cancel the request for the money. We were denied because our credit although we don’t have any evictions it’s more medical,and voluntarily Repos (due to a week and transmission going out) personally none of the credit should be a issue it should be judged by income which one person has 3 incomes so money is never a issue. Thanks for getting hopes up and landlord now giving 30 days for us to move out since she now knows we are moving since we thought we got approved. 5 kids and 30 days to find a suitable home for them.

Great place to rent from. The people you deal with are kind, considerate, and helpful. The homes are nice and have a nice yard size as well.
