I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, my experience with Independence Title has been fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and the escrow staff was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely kind. Every step of the process felt smooth and well-handled. Grateful for a team that clearly takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Great title company! Beverly answered my call, and she was very helpful! Usually have to pull an arm and a leg to get what I need, but she was Johnny on the spot. That speaks volumes for how they operate behind the scenes!!

Adrianne of Independence Title made our first time home buying process so smooth and stress free. She was professional, very friendly, and informative. She answered every question we had happily. We were scared to death of the process of purchasing a new home, especially since it was our first time. Everyone on our team was amazing. Adrianne would make sure we got all the emails, and documents we needed to sign, kept us up to date on the next steps and what to look for, and what it was for. All of this helped us to make informed decisions and know exactly what was going on. I highly recommend her and Independence Title.

My realtor recommended Independence Title (IT). I signed a contract around November 28 to use IT and we completed closing on a cash transaction on December 15. Adrienne and her team of Laura and Natalie were fantastic through out the entire process. Even when Laura had to take care of personal business for a week, Adrienne and Natalie filled in seamlessly. I worked mostly with Laura throughout the process. Laura consistently kept me informed and responded to my email and phone communications right away.
