Independence Property Management

We currently rent one of their properties and have since July. The owners of the company are the sweetest couple and very very easy to work with. All of the office ladies are extremely nice too! If we put a work order in we were contacted and the issue was dealt with right away. We’re military and can say they are military friendly! After a different house with a different company fell through and wasn’t ready in time independence got us into this house the day after we viewed and applied. They were a breath of fresh air!

Kevin Kelly is very unprofessional. Quite aggressive for an older man. His staff has turned over many a times! (I wonder why) Every time one of his many assistants would interact with us they seemed uninterested and sad. He lied to us many times as well. Don’t rent here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Anytime we call we get no response, if we email we wait a week for a reply, my husband had to send an email, leave 2 voicemails and call a 3rd time before he got any response. I have now send an email 2 times and still waiting on a reply 7 days later.

Very good experience. Quick response to any problems we may have. We were new to the area and couldn't have asked for a better property management. Would recommend 110%!
