Great place to live if you’re looking for a quiet well kept cleaned environment!!! Me and my husband been living here almost 2 years now and we love it here, we love all the amenities! Management is amazing Crystal is always so great and helpful, Jay the maintenance manager is always great and helpful!! They’re very active and get things done quickly always!!!

Been living here for over 8 years now. It's clean, well maintained and safe. I like that the area is very spacious and makes for a nice little walk around the buildings. Parking is free even with multiple cars. The best part about this place is the maintenance crew - Jay, Mike and Josh do an excellent job! Crystal and Katie at the leasing office are awesome too.

We love living here! The grounds and amenities are all beautiful and well kept. Any needs of any kind are always addressed immediately by the friendly and helpful staff here! Both the girls in the office and Jay, Mike and Josh in maintenance really make it feel like home. Nothing but great experiences here, highly recommend!!

Amazing complex! Office ladies Katie and Crystal are fantastic/helpful! Maintenance guys are beyond helpful 10+ stars to them! Gorgeous landscaping! Didn’t live in RI before so did not know the area well, would HIGHLY recommend! Was extremely hesitant being so close to a Walmart but it’s more than convenient, find myself there all too often! Gym is small but perfect for what you need! Used it daily during covid! Pool/new grills get a lot of use from us that’s for sure!

Lived here for one year. Just moved out after getting a $200 increase "market adjustment" monthly charge. Crystal and Katie are great and very supportive. Sadly, place is going downhill since bureaucrats are running the show making all kinds of wrong decisions. Used to be EV free-charge parking; not any more. New rent price does not reflect market at all. What they used as argument to raise rent is not true. These are Boston prices. Corporate management is doing a good job making this place a not-great living experience. And in the aprtment, the sliding door doesn't lock, windows don't close properly, stove burner stays on high, kitchen cabinet doors broken, and plus they charge extra for absolutely everything. Meaning garbage, pets, heat, water, electric...all extra. Garbage alone is an e
