IMT 8 South

I have been a resident at IMT8 South for about a month. The staff both at the leasing office and the maintenance so far had been extremely helpful. Lucas from the maintenance team was fantastic. He came out the same day I reported the issues and handled everything efficiently and professionally. He was courteous, clearly explained what he was fixing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. It’s rare to see that level of responsiveness and care — his work really made a difference in our living experience. Definitely appreciate his dedication and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

Jeff C was a huge help during a big snowstorm when the emergency line needed to be called. The apartment above us had flooded and he arrived as soon as he could (with icy roads), he was knowledgeable, kind, cheerful, and friendly in demeanor. He was also very quick to problem solve and explained the issue thoroughly. We were very pleased with the response time, attitude, and overall helpfulness of the situation. Love living here!

Jeff C. did an outstanding job replacing the rubber gasket on my washing machine. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed perfectly before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work—he treated the repair like it was his own home. The washer is working flawlessly now, and the area was left clean and neat. I truly appreciate Jeff’s hard work and excellent customer service. He is a huge asset to the maintenance team, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!

The maintenance crew is just one of the many reasons I enjoy living here. My washing machine stopped mid-cycle when the power went out due to the recent ice storm, leaving the door locked and the drum full of water. Shane took care of everything. Once I was able to remove the clothes, the water would have to be removed by a vacuum, due the power still being out. Shane was kind enough to remove the entire unit from my apartment to vacuum the very bad smelling water so my apartment wouldn't catch the odor. He went above and beyond, truly exceptional service!!
