I have helped 3 clients purchase homes in Rainbow Ridge with Impression homes. Patrick and his team are great! They met all expectations and communicated well throughout the process.They did it all while being friendly and doing their best to make it a fun experience for my first time home buyers.

This is a long overdue review for Mr. Patrick Griffin here at Rainbow Ridge, but better late than never! It was mine and my husband's first time buying a house and Patrick made the process easy breezy. He was always very responsive and quick to reply no matter if he is scheduled to work that day or not. (Sorry for bothering you on your days off, once again, Patrick!) We love our house and we love the service that Patrick provided. He was very thorough with the whole process from beginning to end.
