Imperial Place

My elderly uncle lived there for appx five years before he passed in 2022. As his caretaker, I was extremely pleased with his stay there. The staff was kind, considerate, and kept a watchful eye on the tenants. The buildings and the lawns are kept clean and well maintained. I give them 💯 all around.

A nice place to live... sadly mgmt, seems to be getting to be less than a desirable establishment to deal with. I'm hoping this will review will not be used against me as I still live here. Let's just say, it is time for some tlc. USLawn care Randy Tallent, does the lawn service for this establishment, and he "does not care" what us residents need or when. Those were his words. We have a garden that he was asked to supply topsoil for and it is now May of 2018, still with no topsoil. Residents have lost money they had put into plants they desired and bought to plant in the so called garden. Good luck.

Personnel very pleasant the apartments are nice and the grounds are clean.

Poor mangement . its not based on your income . alot of drama .
