I have been a resident here for the past three months and have had nothing but positive experiences. The leasing staff, particularly Paul, have been exceptional. Paul has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care in addressing any questions or concerns I’ve had. As a woman, safety is my top priority, and I truly feel secure living here. Paul’s commitment to ensuring residents feel comfortable and supported has made a lasting impression. I highly recommend asking for Paul—he exemplifies excellent customer service and dedication to resident satisfaction.

This was my first visit to Imperial Lofts and upon arriving, I was met by the leasing agent Paul, who sat me down in his office and explained the process of the tour and then we went upstairs and looked at a studio apartment and rooftop deck and clubhouse gymnasium dog run. Paul is a great guide. he even gave me tips on what restaurants in the neighborhood have the best burgers and places I should go for coffee appreciate those tips, overall, I would give my visit a 10/10 rating. I’ve been living here for two years now and I can honestly say that I love this location. I’ve always been a huge fan of old Spanish architecture, and there is no shortage of that here; the city is absolutely gorgeous. The amenities at this building are great and the managers are awesome. Alondra always helps me with any of my questions or concerns. If you’re considering a place in downtown Riverside, definitely set up a tour and ask for Alondra.

I’m a new resident at imperial hardware lofts! It’s a really convenient location with lots of fun things to do nearby. The amenities are nice and well maintained. Paul in the leasing office is so helpful and knowledgeable! He helped me move my couch upstairs and kept a package that was too big for the lockers safe in his office. He really goes above and beyond and is super nice!

I just moved into Imperial Hardware Lofts and have had a fantastic experience so far. From the beginning, everything has been smooth and professional. A special shoutout to Paul, the leasing agent, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made moving in stress-free by being responsive, informative, and genuinely friendly.
