New ownership as of Dec 2020, super nice folks. The place is completely remodeled, beautiful, and affordable. I plan on being here awhile, happy as can be.
The customer service was great and the apartment was very nice. Just disappointing that I would have to give up my small dog.
Needs work done but overall it's not a bad place.
