I do not recommend Impact Title and Settlement. As the seller of a home where they represented the buyers, I experienced repeated issues with their lack of communication—they rarely answered phone calls or provided timely updates. A serious error occurred at closing due to their negligence, which could have escalated to legal action had we chosen to pursue it. If you’re looking for a smooth, professional closing experience, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Jay and his team are the absolute best! Impact Title communicates well at every stage of the closing and their customer service cannot be beat!
