IMM Fargo

I have rented from many property management companies in the Fargo area throughout my life and NONE of them compare to IMM!!! I live in the Southridge Townhomes and any time I need maintenance they are on top of it and truly care about each resident. They're so accommodating and pleasant. Im so extremely satisfied and blessed to have them as management. I strongly recommend IMM

I give a five star because of nice and quiet neighborhood at south bridge townhomes which I started renting from Maridian 2024 of September. It was all good and no complaints till IMM bought the property and a new neighbor moved in and started creating lies on me and my family and IMM did not investigate but emailed me a lease violation! I went at the office in Fargo and an agent promised to get back to me after she spoke with her supervisor but didn’t got back to me. I gonna be back with another review about IMM after they get back to me.

Over priced; water, sewage, and trash bill was more than my election in a studio (60-80 per month, which includes convenience fee for online payment). IMM is a "for profit" corporate investment landlord, looking to squeeze every single penny they can from you, by raising rent as high as they want at the end of your lease. When I asked how much they would raise mine from $690 for a studio (to revert to a month to month), it would be $250 per month! If you do decide to rent from them, talk directly with "Andy" in the West Fargo Office. He's the only person that is kind and helpful.

Don’t expect any decently mannered people from this management company. Our townhome at Cottagewood was not cleaned, no maintenance was done, trash was still in the garbage and recycling bins, they do not give back enough rent credit for the cleaning you have to do on your new home, and do not respond or act like human beings. We had to replace our filters and light bulbs and more which should have been done for us upon move in. They treat you as if you’re just a pile of money and nothing more. I am sorry I have to be rude to someone trying to do their job because their bosses don’t have any humanity or morals left in them. They can’t even respond to us after we have called and sent multiple messages regarding our concerns. Our “luxury” unit was filthy. I would much rather prefer/recommend

Leaving a review purely for how appreciative I am for the main guy working in the IMM office. I had to deal with a difficult move out situation and he was prompt, kind and I felt like he really cared to help me out. While I now no longer rent through IMM, I am very grateful for his help!
