I met with Brian on some issues regarding our HOA and some rather petty issues that a small-minded neighbor with too much time on their hands and, apparently, too much coffee and too little of other needed meds... LOL haha. I'll stop there. No, but seriously, he was great at gentle conflict resolution!! He should have been a diplomat.
