This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. No one returns your calls or emails and no one can ever answer any of your questions. When you ask to speak with a manager, you are told there is no one else to speak with so the issue never gets resolved. As a home owner who pays HOA fees, the least they can do is be familiar with their polices and be able to provide the the proper information in response to questions regarding the things they are requiring you to do.

As a relatively new resident of Lake Place, I have had a positive relationship with the Imagineers property management team. Carolyn, in the main office, has quickly responded to any of our issues. For example, Dave came to fix the loose base of an outside beam within 24 hours. The tree service was immediately scheduled to trim trees that had grown too close to our unit. I am also impressed with the landscaping crew that keep the grounds looking in great shape. Thank you to the whole management team!

Imagineers handles things where I have owned a condo in Stratford for almost 3 years. Every time I have needed something I have received excellent, prompt and courteous service. Carolyn is the person that I contact and she always responds quickly and patiently assists me with whatever the issue is. It is reassuring to have such a responsible management company after owning my previous condo where the management company was a disaster. :)

I just want to say that I have dealt with Imagineers for almost 11 years through my complex, and Carolyn Raming is by far the most informative and fastest responding person I have ever come across. She has helped with questions and making sure that every emergency/repair was taken care of swiftly and accurately, never making it seem like I was a bother. Happy to be becoming a new home owner, but so glad to know Carolyn was there for us for 11 years! Give this woman a raise!!

Suzanne excels in the role of property management. Extremely knowledgeable, informative and personable. I never once doubted that when I had an issue that needed to be resolved Suzanne would handle it expeditiously. Carolyn is the definition of professionalism. I’m not sure how she does it, but she seems to know everyone and everything necessary about the communities she helps to oversee. Always quick to respond and if she doesn’t have the answer herself, she will find it.
