After 2 whole years of living at the place, I can finally and I mean finally make this review. Management? Horrible. There was no care or concern about the residents at all. Parties could be thrown until 3am outside with speakers going and disrupting buildings and they would do nothing. That was another time where they did a mass towing of cars that did not have a parking pass. Well there was a car that was exactly like mine. The other one had the 2 day warning and mine did not. But guess whose car was towed? MINE! Not the other persons. They wouldn’t reimburse me for getting it out: they simply told me they were sorry this happened but they can tow at owners expense. Ridiculous. The units themselves, they are decently spacious for bedrooms. They are just so so so outdated. They are show

Horrible living spaces, the apartments are full of mold, maintenance is very bad, and on top of also having roaches, the tree branches are all dead and falling, if you want your car destroyed by incompetent people who don't do their job then this is the place for you, attached are pictures of the dead logs that fell on my car which I have to pay for myself because they're not responsible for their own trees fallin on to other's property. Update: After being denied help with anything, they got tree trimmers about 2 days after the log fell on my car. I wish they had just done their job earlier. I can't wait till my lease is over.

Pros: I really liked living here. Its quite, i love the trees and the location. It is next to walmart, publix and aldis. Its 10 minutes away from major highways. If you are going to rent, rent from the company CFP management. (Office to the right as soon as you walk in to the clubhouse) Dont rent from the other people. Cons: HOA sucks. ( office to the left as soon as you walk into the clubhouse) At everything. Communicating, doing their job correctly, maintaining the property. They raised all the property owners HOA fees becuase they are on a mission to raise a million dollars. Dont trust the community officer either. Neither of them can do their jobs correctly.
