We just purchased a home in Idyllwild and worked with Alex and Stephanie as our realtors. They were fabulous at every step of the process, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. In addition to sharing tons of valuable information and keeping us updated along the way, they were warm, welcoming, and reinforced for us how truly special this mountain community is. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking to move to the Idyllwild area.

I can't say enough good things about Grace Reed! She was a consummate professional and went over and above what any agent would be expected to do. I bought a furnished home and Grace offered to have what I didn't want removed before my move-in date (which she did). I had Spectrum equipment delivered to the porch before my move-in and Grace went to the home and put the equipment inside for safekeeping til I arrived. She's been fantastic. I would highly recommend Grace to anyone needing a knowledgeable and helpful agent.

I dealt with Ashley Stewart here while looking for an apartment. She was amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and very responsive. I also met several Idyllwild resident who have rented through Idyllwild realty and dealt with Ashley and the other staff. Everyone has nothing but good things to say about Idyllwild Realty as their property Manager/Landlord.

Working with Ashley Stewart was nothing short of excellent (and we were not easy buyers to please)… “he” wanted one thing and “she” (me) wanted something else. After an entire year of hit-and-miss, Ashley never gave up on finding us exactly the place that checked both of our boxes! Absolutely unprofessional and a waste of valuable time. One realtor, Shelly, didnt even call me back but lied to the other realtor, Emily, that was blatantly miscommunicating to us for days while she was out of town that she had and given us a whole explanation of the pet and living situations. Lies. Finally get to see a rental and it's a triplex and duplex that both don't take pets, neither of these are disclosed as such on their website (but one has been fixed since our encounter due to wrongful advertising being mentioned to Emily, see photos as before it was displayed ONLY as a single family home and now it's displayed as both a single family AND multifamily; plus text proof from Emily stating otherwise days before as well it would would rented alone).
