Idlewood Park Apartments

If you are considering living here DONT!! From the very beginning, the experience was misleading. During my tour, I was shown a unit that looked nothing like the one I was actually given at move-in. The condition, layout, and overall appearance were completely different from what was presented. Management is extremely unresponsive and unreliable. I repeatedly emailed the front office about serious maintenance issues and received no response from Nora at the front desk. She will not answer your emails. When I went in person to follow up, I was told multiple times that the issue would be fixed, but nothing was ever done. I reported a leak in my apartment five different times over the span of three months, and it was never resolved. Maintenance came out on a Friday right before this coming

They knowingly put me into a cockroach infestation. I cannot speak on behalf of the entire complex, but my building (the 1500's, specifically 1504) was infested with cockroaches from the first day I moved in. As I was starting to bring my stuff in, I was noticing dead cockroaches all over the living room. They called an exterminator and he sprayed like 3 squirts and left and also had maintenance come and caulk up the place, but that didn't work. I was still seeing them every single night and occasionally during the day. Absolutely unacceptable, and it was a total nightmare. You are honestly better off sleeping in your car.

Pere and the manager are two amazing, lovely women who always treat residents with kindness and respect. Any time I need help, they respond quickly and professionally. The pool area is beautiful, the location is convenient, and I feel safe and comfortable in my home. Even when my husband suggested we move, I told him no because this place really feels like home to me. I plan to stay here for a long time. I highly recommend Idlewood Park Apartments to anyone looking for a friendly, quiet, and well-run community.”

Thank you to the amazing office staff especially Perla ! Apartment was ready , we did walk throughs to ensure everything was ready and clean! The apartments are cute and cozy , a nice home feeling. Property is cleaned daily by maintenance staff. The pool is a nice relaxing oasis Vibe ! Come apply here ! You’ll love it

I love this property, Gives all the good vibes best price and amenities. Girls from the office are always on point in communicating with residents, maintenance is on point! Peaceful & Clean. Units are big on square footage! Well maintained!
